适用范围
本标准规定了液-液分离旋流器(以下简称旋流器)的分类与命名、要求、检验规则、标志、出厂文件及包装。
本标准适用于液-液两相的非均相体系分离的旋流器。分散相以液滴状态存在于连续相之中,分散相浓度不大于60000 mg/L、分散相体积平均粒径不小于5μm,操作温度下连续相黏度不大于0.005N·s/m2,连续相与分散相之间的密度差不小于0.05g/cm3。

【摘要】:Inorganicconstituentsinwaterandwastewatermustbeidentifiedandmeasuredtosupporteffectivewaterqualitymonitoringandcontrolprograms.Currently,oneofthesimplest,mostpracticalandcosteffectivemeansofaccomplishingthisisthroughtheuseofchemicaltestkitsandrefills.AmoredetaileddiscussionispresentedinASTMSTP1102.8Testkitshavebeenacceptedformanyapplications,includingroutinemonitoring,compliancereporting,rapidscreening,troubleinvestigation,andtrackingcontaminantsource.Testkitsoffertime-savingadvantagestotheuser.Theyareparticularlyappropriateforfielduseandusuallyareeasytouse.Usersdonotneedtohaveahighleveloftechnicalexpertise.Relativelyunskilledstaffcanbetrainedtomakeaccuratedeterminationsusingkitsthatincludeapremixedliquidreagent,premeasuredreagent(tablets,powders,orglassampoules),andpremeasuredsample(evacuatedglassampoules).1.1Thisguidecoversgeneralconsiderationsfortheuseoftestkitsforquantitativedeterminationofanalytesinwaterandwastewater.Testkitsareavailablefromvariousmanufacturersforthedeterminationofawidevarietyofanalytesindrinkingwater,surfaceorgroundwaters,domesticandindustrialfeedwatersandwastes,andwaterusedinpowergenerationandsteamraising.SeeTable1foralistingofsomeofthetypesofkitsthatareavailableforvariousinorganicanalytesinwater.1.2Ranges,detectionlimits,sensitivity,accuracy,andsusceptibilitytointerferencesvaryfromkittokit,dependingonthemethodologyselectedbythemanufacturer.Insomecases,kitsaredesignedtoreplicateexactlyanofficialtestmethodofastandard-settingorganizationsuchastheAssociationofOfficialAnalyticalChemists(AOAC),AmericanPublicHealthAssociation(APHA),ASTM,ortheU.S.EnvironmentalProtectionAgency(USEPA).Inothercases,minormodificationsofofficialtestmethodsaremadeforvariousreasons,suchastoimproveperformance,operatorconvenience,oreaseofuse.Adjustmentsmaybemadetosamplesize,reagentvolumesandconcentrations,timing,anddetailsoftheanalyticalfinish.Inyetothercases,majorchangesmaybemadetotheofficialtestmethod,suchastheomissionofanalyticalsteps,changeoftheanalyticalfinish,omissionofreagents,orsubstitutionofonereagentforanother.Reagentsintestkitsareoftencombinedtoobtainafewernumberandmakethetesteasiertouse.Additivesmayalsobeusedtominimizeinterferencesandtomakethereagentmorestablewithtime.Akittestmethodmaybebasedonacompletelydifferenttechnology,notapprovedbyanyofficialorstandard-settingorganization.Combinationsoftestkits8212;multi-parametertestkits8212;maybepackagedtosatisfytherequirementsofaparticularapplicationconveniently.Thetestkitsinsuchcombinationproductsmaybeusedtomakedozensofdeterminationsofseveralparameters.1.3Testkitreagentrefillsarecommonlyavailablefrommanufacturers.Refillspermitcostsavingsthroughreuseofthemajortestkitcomponents.1.4Becauseofthewidedifferencesamongkitsandmethodologiesfordifferentanalytes,universalinstructionscannotbeprovided.Instead,theusershouldfollowtheinstructionsprovidedbythemanufacturerofaparticularkit.1.5Atestkitorkitcomponentshouldnotbeusedafterthemanufacturer'sexpirationdate;itistheuser'sresponsibilitytodeterminethattheperformanceissatisfactory.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspe......
