【摘要】:Thetemperaturesforthistestarebaseduponthewintertemperatureexperiencedbythepavementinthegeographicalareaforwhichtheasphaltbinderisintended.Theflexuralcreepstiffnessorflexuralcreepcompliance,determinedfromthistest,describesthelow-temperaturestress-strain-timeresponseofasphaltbinderatthetesttemperaturewithintherangeoflinearviscoelasticresponse.Thelow-temperaturethermalcrackingperformanceofasphaltpavementsisrelatedtothecreepstiffnessandthem-valueoftheasphaltbindercontainedinthemix.Thecreepstiffnessandthem-valueareusedasperformance-basedspecificationcriteriaforasphaltbindersinaccordancewithSpecificationD6373.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheflexural-creepstiffnessorcomplianceandm-valueofasphaltbindersbymeansofabendingbeamrheometer.Itisapplicabletomaterialhavingflexural-creepstiffnessvaluesintherangeof20MPato1GPa(creepcompliancevaluesintherangeof50nPax2013;1to1nPax2013;1)andcanbeusedwithunagedmaterialorwithmaterialsagedusingagingproceduressuchasTestMethodD2872orPracticeD6521.Thetestapparatusmaybeoperatedwithinthetemperaturerangefromx2013;36x00B0;Cto0x00B0;C.1.2Testresultsarenotvalidfortestspecimensthatdeflectmorethan4mmorlessthan0.08mmwhentestedinaccordancewiththistestmethod.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthechemicalresistancepropertiesofglass-reinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP)pipesandfittingsinadeflectedconditionfornominalsizesDN100andlarger.InconjunctionwithEN705thisstandardprovidesamethodforevaluatingtheeffectofachemicalenvironmentontheinteriorofapipeorfittingafteraspecifiedperiodoftime.NOTE1.Ithasbeenfoundthattheeffectofchemicalenvironmentscanbeacceleratedusingstraininducedbydeflection,henceitisfrequentlyreferredtoasstraincorrosion.NOTE2.Tostudytheapplicabilityofthemethodtotestingthepipeorfittingwithregardtostructuralfailure(wherestructuralfailurebecomesapparentbyasuddenreductionintheloadappliedofatleast20%oftheinitialload)thenwhere'weepfailure'isreferredtointhisstandardsubstitute'structuralfailure'.Astructuralfailurecanbecausedbyconditionssuchas:-interlaminarseparation;-cracksinorthroughthestructurallayerofthewall;-tensilefailureoftheglassreinforcement;-ifapplicable,separationofathermoplasticslinerfromthestructuralwall.Forsuchstudies,datafrom'structuralfailure'resultswillbeanalysedseparatelyfrom'weepfailure'results.
