【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconstructionalandtestrequirementsforhand-heldandhand-operatedelectrostaticsprayingapparatusandassociatedapparatuswhichcanbeusedtosprayflammableliquidcoatingmaterials,flammablecoatingpowdersorflammableflockinsprayingareaswhichmayormaynotcontainflammableadhesives.ThesesprayingdevicesareconsideredtobeapparatusofgroupIIcategory2inaccordancewithDirective94/9/ECforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresformedbytheirspraycloud.Thisstandardonlydealswiththehazardsinvolvedinthecoatingprocesswhenhand-heldelectrostaticsprayingapparatusisusedasprescribedandinaccordancewiththeconditionswhicharetobeexpectedaccordingtothemanufacturer.Astootherhazardsinvolvedintheuseofhand-heldsprayingapparatus,thesafetyrequirementsofEN1953:1998"Atomisingandsprayingequipmentforcoatingmaterials-Safetyrequirements"shallbemet.2ThisStandardisnotapplicabletoautomaticelectrostaticsprayingequipmentforflammablecoatingmaterials(seeEN50176,EN50177andEN50223).3The"Generalrequirements"oftheEuropeanStandardEN50014tobeappliedtohand-heldelectrostaticspraygunsandtoassociatedapparatusaregivenintheTablebelow:
