【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofmaintenancestairsandplatformswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandmaintenanceandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:—self-propelledmaintenancestairsandplatforms;—towablemaintenancestairsandplatformsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabi-lizers,designedforaircraftmaintenancepurposesincludingaccesstotheaircraft(ExamplesseeAnnexA).NOTE1Poweredshouldbealsounderstoodasmanualeffortstoredinspringsorhydraulicaccumulators,etc.,thedanger-ousactionofwhichcanbeproducedorcancontinueafterthemanualefforthasceasedordirectlyappliedmanualeffortforliftingorloweringloads.NOTE2ThoseclausesofthisEuropeanStandardthatcanapplymayalsobeusedasaguidelineforthedesignoftowablemaintenancestairsandplatformswithoutpoweredmeans.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—maintenancedockseitherfixedtothegroundormoveableonlyfordockingprocedure.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletomaintenancestairsandplatformswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
