【摘要】:ThispartofISO15590appliestoweldneckandblindflanges(fullface,raisedface,andRTJgroove)aswellasanchor,swivel-ringflangesandorificeflanges.ThispartofISO15590specifiesthetechnicalrequirementsforcarbonsteelandlow-alloysteelforgedflangesforuseinpipelinetransportationsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesasdefinedinISO13623.ThispartofISO15590designatesthosecategoriesofflangesthatmeettheindustry'sneedtomatchISO3183pipe.Theseflangesarefornormalandlow-temperatureserviceandincludesupplementaryrequirementswhererequiredforsourservice.Materialsfor,ortheattachmentof,factory-weldedextensions,boltingmaterials,gaskets,slip-onflangesorflangedfittingsarenotcoveredbythispartofISO15590.ThispartofISO15590isnotapplicabletointegrallycastorforgedflangesforvalves,pumpsorotherequipment.ThispartofISO15590doesnotcovertheselectionoftheflangecategoryorpressureclass.SizesandpressureclasseslistedinISO7005-1andapplicabletothispartofISO15590areasfollows:—DN10(NPS1/2)toDN1500(IMPS60);—PN20(class150),PN50(class300),PN100(class600),PN150(class900),PN250(class1500),PN420(class2500).
