【摘要】:InternationalStandardISO/IEC15946specifiespublic-keycryptographictechniquesbasedonellipticcurves.Theyincludetheestablishmentofkeysforsecret-keysystems,anddigitalsignaturemechanisms.ThispartofISO/IEC15946describesthemathematicalbackgroundandgeneraltechniquesnecessaryforimplementinganyofthemechanismsdescribedinotherpartsofISO/IEC15946.Thescopeofthisstandardisrestrictedtocryptographictechniquesbasedonellipticcurvesdefinedoverfinitefieldsofprimepowerorder(includingthespecialcasesofprimeorderandcharacteristictwo).Therepresentationofelementsoftheunderlyingfinitefield(i.e.whichbasisisused)isoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.InternationalStandardISO/IEC15946doesnotspecifytheimplementationofthetechniquesitdefines.Interoperabilityofproductscomplyingtothisinternationalstandardwillnotbeguaranteed.
