【摘要】:ThisStandardprovidesperformanceandsafetyrequirementsforrippingchiselsandflooring/electricians'chisels.Thesechiselsareintendedforuseincuttingwoodandlightprying,suchascuttingthetongueofinstalledflooringsectionsandraisingandremovingfloorplanks.ThisStandardisintendedtoserveasaguideinselecting,testing,andusingthetoolscovered.ItisnotthepurposeofthisStandardtospecifythedetailsofmanufacturing.ThisStandardisalsomeanttoserveasaguideindevelopingmanualsandpostersandfortrainingpersonneltoworksafely.ThisStandardmaybeusedasaguidebystateauthoritiesorotherregulatorybodiesintheformulationoflawsorregulations.Itisalsointendedforvoluntaryusebyestablishmentsthatuseormanufacturethetoolscovered.ThemethodsemployedtoensurecompliancewiththisStandardshallbedeterminedbytheproperregulatoryoradministrativeauthority.
