【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversasphalt-saturatedorganicfelts,withorwithoutperforations,intendedtobeusedwithasphaltsconformingtotherequirementsofSpecificationD312intheconstructionofbuilt-uproofs,andwithasphaltsconformingtotherequirementsofSpecificationD449intheconstructionofwaterproofingsystems.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
